The second meeting of the Mt Tabor Bulb Society (MTBS) was called to order.

Three Pillars of MTBS Work in the Community
The society identified three core pillars for community work:

Fostering bulb exchanges between neighbors
- Facilitate sharing and trading of bulbs within the Mt Tabor neighborhood

Education through experimental test plots in the Mt Tabor Neighborhood
- Establish demonstration gardens and testing areas
- Provide hands-on learning opportunities
- Kailey Falcon proposed container gardens that could be moved to Montavilla Farmers Market
- Tyler Falcon suggested utilizing right-of-way and unimproved roads as locations for experimental gardens
- Tyler Falcon noted potential for experimental bulb gardens to become a neighborhood focus similar to the experimental rose gardens in Ladd's Addition
- Discussed possibility of organizing bulb flower walks, modeled after neighborhood Art Walks

Organizational Planning
501(c)(3) Designation
Discussion of pursuing non-profit status through 501(c)(3) designation.

Two potential taglines were discussed for MTBS:
- "Growing Community"
- "Community Grows"
Action Item: Select official tagline for branding materials.
Swag and Promotional Materials
Tyler Falcon emphasized that swag will be key to growing MTBS membership and visibility. Proposed swag options include:
- Embroidered hats
- Classic coffee mugs
- "Bulb Flowers of Mt Tabor" deck or cheatsheet for species identification
